The Ministry of Defence has published a framework to standardise and expand modelling and analysis across the entire defence support lifecycle, explicitly including industry as a collaborator and opening up MOD tools and data to the wider Defence Support community.

This framework is a market-shaping signal rather than a procurement rule-change.
