ENKII LTD(“ENKII”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17231509), registered office Flat 76 The Sorting House, 83 Newton Street, Manchester, England, M1 1ER. We are the controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@enkii.io.

Depending on how you use ENKII, we may process:

• ·Account data — name, work email, password (hashed), and the role you sign up as (founder, investor, corporate or government).
• ·Business profile data — company name and number, sector, stage, certifications, financials you choose to enter, target markets and similar details you provide to power readiness scoring and matching.
• ·Enrichment data — information drawn from public registries (e.g. Companies House, Contracts Finder, Find a Tender) and matched to your business.
• ·Usage data — pages visited, features used and approximate location/device, collected via analytics only where you have consented (see our Cookie Policy).
• ·Communications — messages you send us and your notification preferences.

• ·To provide the platform — deliver readiness scoring, matching and your dashboard. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• ·To improve the product — understand how features are used and fix problems. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (running and improving our service), or consent for optional analytics cookies.
• ·To communicate with you — service messages, and marketing where you have opted in. Lawful basis: legitimate interests / consent.
• ·To meet legal obligations — accounting, fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service (for example hosting, database, email and analytics providers), each bound by contract to protect it. Where ENKII offers brokered introductions or a discovery marketplace, your business profile is shared with other parties only with your explicit, revocable consent and to the scope you set.

Our primary database and analytics are hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy decisions).

We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ·Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• ·Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• ·Ask us to delete your data (the right to erasure).
• ·Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
• ·Withdraw consent at any time, including for analytics cookies.
• ·Request portability of data you provided to us.
