Terms of Service

ENKII provides procurement-readiness scoring, opportunity matching and related tools for UK businesses and the organisations that work with them. You must be authorised to act for the business you represent, and the information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• ·You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• ·You must not share access, misrepresent your identity, or use ENKII to breach any law or third-party right.
• ·We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or put others at risk.

Readiness scores, matches and recommendations are decision-support tools based on the data available to us. They are provided in good faith but do not guarantee that you will win a tender, secure funding or be selected by any buyer or partner. You remain responsible for your own bidding and commercial decisions.

How we handle personal and business data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where ENKII enables discovery or introductions to other parties, that sharing happens only with your explicit, revocable consent and to the scope you set.

You agree not to:

• ·Scrape, resell or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• ·Upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• ·Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We work to keep ENKII available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be updated as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, ENKII is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, contracts or opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
