Every data point on every profile is cross-referenced with a public source. No self-reported badges. No gamified scores. If we can't verify it, we don't score it.

Every gap routes to a fix.
Insights without a route to action are noise. Every gap we surface has a specific fix attached — the cert, the workshop, the provider, the deadline, the cost.
